1.1. The order will be completed within 5 business days from the moment the payment is received.
2.1. A photo with a minimum resolution of 2000 pixels in high quality is required to create the caricature.
2.2. The photos must meet the following requirements:
2.2.1. They must be clear, without blur or noise.
2.2.2. They should show a natural facial expression, without grimaces or strange faces.
2.2.3. The face cannot be covered by:
2.2.3.1. Hands.
2.2.3.2. Hats, hair, sunglasses.
2.2.3.3. Other people or objects.
2.2.4. If the person is to be depicted smiling, a photo with a natural smile must be provided.
2.3. Please send the photos to the email: dlisinski@gm-design.pl with the subject line "Caricature – Order Number".
3.1. Before finalizing the purchase, please provide the details in the "Notes" section, including:
3.1.1. Preferred position of the person, e.g.:
3.1.1.1. Standing.
3.1.1.2. Sitting.
3.1.2. Interests, hobbies of the person to be depicted.
3.1.3. Additional elements (e.g., bicycle, car, text).
3.2. In case of ordering a caricature for two or more people, you must:
3.2.1. Add the appropriate number of items to the order.
3.2.2. Send photos of all people to the email dlisinski@gm-design.pl with the subject line "Caricature – Order Number".
4.1. The caricatures are hand-drawn, therefore:
4.1.1. We do not offer sketches for approval or face corrections.
4.1.2. No changes can be made after the work has begun.
4.2. It is possible to add text or props if specified when placing the order.
5.1. Full prepayment is required before starting the work.
5.1.1. The order is non-refundable after work has begun.
5.1.2. Installment payments or deposits are not accepted.
6.1. The caricature will be sent unframed, packed in a tube or box.
6.2. Electronic delivery in high resolution for self-printing is available.
6.3. In case of courier delivery, the provided address must be correct and up to date.
7.1. A caricature is not a portrait, but a humorous, exaggerated representation of a person.
7.2. Before placing an order, it is recommended to review sample works available on the website.
7.3. Placing an order means acceptance of the above terms.
